The Library for Jungian Studies & Archetypal Symbolism, located in downtown Eugene, Oregon, offers an extensive collection of books, journals, tapes, and films.

The library is open on Wednesdays from 12pm - 3pm.


Harvest

Harvest is a unique journal and essential reading for those wishing to keep abreast of cutting-edge developments in all schools of analytical psychology, from symbolic, clinical, theoretical, cultural and academic perspectives. Harvest endeavours to gather the best Jungian writing from around the world, each issue containing challenging, inspiring and scholarly articles, book reviews and an historical section.

The Journal of Analytical Psychology
"The Journal of Analytical Psychology is the foremost international Jungian publication in English, now in its 51st Volume. Commissioned by the Society of Analytical Psychology in London, the editorial board includes leading analysts from the UK and the USA, in collaboration with Jungian analysts from around the world. Clinical and theoretical articles, book and journal reviews, and a lively correspondence section reflect international developments and current controversies in analytical psychology and Jungian thinking."

Journal of Jungian Theory and Practice
In order to encourage the vitality of Analytical Psychology, the C.G. Jung Institute publishes The Journal of Jungian Theory and Practice twice yearly. The Journal includes:

  • Clinical, theoretical, and archetypal articles that develop and reformulate the clinical aspects of Jung’s work and apply them to practice.
  • Articles that discuss issues related to training and supervision, especially those unique to the training of Jungian analysts, such as curriculum, candidate selection, relations between candidates and training institutions, differences between analysis and supervision.
  • Articles that use Jungian psychology to illuminate issues related to professional life, such as ethics, relations between societies and colleagues.
  • Lectures that relate to clinical matters and professional practice.
  • In-depth discussions of clinical and professional issues raised in books and other media.

Parabola
"Parabola is a quarterly journal devoted to the exploration of the quest for meaning as it is expressed in the world's myths, symbols, and religious traditions, with particular emphasis on the relationship between this store of wisdom and our modern life.

Psychological Perspectives

Spring
Spring: A Journal of Archetype and Culture, located in New Orleans, Louisiana, is the oldest Jungian psychology journal in the world. Published twice a year, each Spring Journal is organized around a theme and offers articles as well as film and book reviews in the areas of archetypal psychology, mythology, and Jungian psychology.
